The MiniFlex XpC is a compact, manufacturing-optimized X-ray diffractometer designed to bring laboratory-grade quality control directly to the production floor. Combining a robust, high-output X-ray source with a fast, high-resolution detector, it delivers precise, reproducible diffraction measurements with minimal operator intervention.
